Homescape Realty’s humble beginnings started with Dean San Juan and his wife, Lourdes, in 2016. Backed by the couple’s real estate and project development experience, they ventured to create their own business. Proof of their expertise and hard work are the awards they received. Dean was given the Top Area Manager Award, and Lourdes was also given the 2nd Top Group Manager Award in 2016. Additionally, the couple also received the 1st Runner-Up Broker Rookie of the Year Award in the same year.
